The ZSI 375 PF Artificial Urinary Sphincter (AUS) is a medical device made of silicone elastomer. It is used to treat urinary incontinence, perfectly mimicking a healthy urinary tract. The sphincter has an inflatable and adjustable cuff that surrounds the urethra. A pump located in the scrotum regulates the pressure in the reservoir.
